Resume writing process: Client Submission: Client provides their current resume along with one or more target roles. Initial Review: Mission Pivot makes preliminary comments and edits and sends back to client. Consultation Meeting: We then conduct a 30-minute meeting to discuss feedback and gather additional information. Client Revision: Client revises the resume based on feedback. Second Edit: We perform a second round of edits, refining content and formatting. Client Finalization: Client makes final adjustments. Final Review: We conduct a final review to ensure the resume is polished and tailored to the target role.​ LinkedIn Profile Refresh Process Client Submission: Client provides their current LinkedIn profile (if available), updated resume, and one or more target roles or career goals. Profile Assessment: Mission Pivot reviews the existing profile, identifying gaps, inconsistencies, and opportunities to improve positioning, clarity, and keyword optimization. Draft Recommendations: Mission Pivot provides suggested copy updates for key profile sections, including Headline, About, Experience, and Featured content. We also provide recommendations on Skills, Images, and URL. Client Revision: Client updates their profile based on our recommendations or copy (or requests implementation support if needed). Final Review: We conduct a final check of the live profile to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with your career direction and resume content.
