Refund Policy

I value both your time and mine. To maintain fairness and professionalism for all clients, I’ve established the following policy:

 

Session Cancellations or Rescheduling

 

You may cancel or reschedule a session with at least 24 hours' notice at no charge. Generally, cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time will be non-refundable and not eligible for rescheduling.

However, I understand that emergencies happen. Exceptions may be made at my discretion — please reach out directly if you’re facing an unavoidable conflict.

 

No-Shows

 

If you miss a session without prior notice, the session will be considered used and is non-refundable.

 

Refunds for Packages

 

Coaching packages are non-refundable once sessions have begun. If you purchase a multi-session package and choose not to continue before your first session, a full refund will be issued upon request.
